  I always come here staff is very nice the only problem is that the law firm office and restaurant next let there customers take the laundromat parking spaces and when people come to wash cloths and need to park there they cant that makes it inconvenient for people to come and wash they need to address that problem to the other businesses because they have there parking space no need to let there customers use the laundromat spaces other then that I like to come here and wash

  I had a very disappointing experience at Clean Rite Center located at 1452 Westchester Avenue on February 28, 2026. I used three washing machines and selected the warm water setting, but every machine dispensed cold water. Another customer in the laundromat selected the hot water setting and also received cold water, confirming that the issue was not just my machine. I notified the attendant on duty immediately. He confirmed the water was cold and attempted to contact the manager. I was told that credits are no longer issued and that someone higher up would need to address the issue. I was told I would receive a call the next day, but I never did. I called the location again on March 2 and was told I would receive a call later that day. Again, no one followed up. I also submitted a complaint through the company’s website and, as of March 5, I still have not received any response. I paid for three loads of laundry with specific wash settings that were not delivered as advertised. Because the machines only used cold water, I cannot be confident that my clothes were properly cleaned. What is most frustrating is not just the machine issue but the complete lack of follow-up despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the business. I am still requesting reimbursement for the three loads and confirmation that the machines have been inspected and repaired so this does not affect other customers. I hope management will finally respond and address this issue.
