- NNNaromineeMar 30, 20265.0I usually do my laundry at night, and Dee is almost always working during that time. He’s honestly amazing and very attentive to what’s going on. He’s always friendly, helpful, and you can tell he actually cares about doing his job well. Some of the other guys working at night don’t really do much, but Dee is constantly moving — organizing carts, cleaning up, and making sure everything stays in order. He also keeps an eye on the customers and makes sure everyone feels safe, which I really appreciate, especially since the area can be a little sketchy at night. I’ve seen him politely but firmly ask unwanted guests to leave when they’re just hanging around, and that makes a big difference for those of us doing laundry late. The only thing I’m a little disappointed about is that there’s no music playing at night anymore. They used to have the best playlists, and it really helped keep me awake while doing laundry late. Plus, I prefer listening to the laundry’s music instead of wearing headphones so I can stay aware of my surroundings. That part is definitely a bummer. Overall though, Dee does an excellent job and makes the late-night laundry experience much better. He’s friendly, hardworking, and helps create a safer, more comfortable environment. He deserves recognition for the effort he puts in.

The service was excellent, and I really appreciated how organized everything was. The guy with the long hair was especially helpful—he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed and answered all my questions. Definitely one of the best laundromats I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure!
