I tried calling to make sure you had a specific item in store. The AI prompt said you did and I wanted to make sure a person could double check to have it in their hands because I live farther away. I was ready to pay for it over the phone if they did. I was told by the girl who picked up the phone that they were out. I said that they need to update the inventory for the AI prompt because it said they had it. I was nice about how I said it. She didn't let me finish asking my second question as to if they could help me figure out if another store had it. She just hung up and never said "is there anything else you need help with" or even "goodbye". So I tried calling back not happy but still being very nice, I asked to speak to the manager. I said please , I was pleasant. The same girl picked up and says "sure" and when I asked for her name, she wouldn't give it to me and hung up on me yet again pretending to transfer me. So, I called back again asking for a different department just to get ahold of the manager where I am still on hold after 30 minutes of waiting. You need to go over phone etiquette with your employees.

Don't expect them to load your mulch as they say they do. Have been there 4 times and only once did they load and I had to go ask.

You are forced to do self checkout as it is the only way to purchase things in this location. We had to wait to get to the checkout area because two employees were chitchatting in the isle and we couldn’t get around them. The front isle was so full of tables with things for sale on them that it was difficult to get through with a regular cart let alone the cart with lumber that we also had. Not impressed whit our trip there yesterday.
