  My wife and I purchased a home that needed some changes to make it ours. We felt we should use Jason since he had already done renovations at my parents' home and that was a slam dunk and being my wife is 7 months pregnant; I was looking to smoothly transition the family (wife and 2 kids) into the new home. There was no option for the family to be in the home while renovations happened. The last piece of the puzzle was, from closing, the lease on the apartment we had at the time was up which gave a 3-week window for work to be done before we were either homeless or moving into our newly renovated home. I can say I believed the check list that was given to Jason was definitely a tall one. Jason was very confident in his team to be able to get everything done. Fast forward and not only did Jason meet the goal but he and his team checked off every box in that check list. Anthony (his lead) is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He worked nonstop to ensure things were done and done right. I believe there is something to be said about people doing work on your home and they care for it as if it's their own. Jason and Anthony are extremists when it comes to attention to detail and this is what makes a finished product a beautiful one. There are other projects coming this spring that I cannot wait for these guys to tackle.

  Jason and his team were amazing. We did a pretty big remodeling for our front and back yards, including an upper deck, gravel paths, and landscaping. He and his team lead Anthony were communicative and they came in within budget even with a few surprises. 100% recommend John Jay!

  I have been using this company ever since I moved to Ossining 2 years ago. Anthony and Jason have been a pleasure to work with. Whether it was clearing out my entire yard and making it both useable and beautiful, or building a cement platform with steps for my gazebo, to now helping me along the process of a complete remodel, maneuvering through permits and the building department, I couldnt have asked for more honest, professional and quality service all while working within my budget. These people do it all! Highly recommend!!
