It pains me to write negative reviews, but the public should be aware! Customer service is non existent, with multiple team members calling me from different branches to resolve any issue. StackNStor a few minutes away is outstanding, clean, customer service and worthy of new business.

It’s a five month long story, but they have been charging me more than we agreed upon every single month and the first time it took 3 months to correct and get store credit, and then they do it again next month. The branch managers don’t have the phone numbers for their supervisors so the only way to talk to the supervisors is to call from a different number. I’ve had 6 different storage companies and this is the worst one by far. I don’t even have the time or the energy to list all of the issues. It really seems like a big scam and anybody not paying attention is getting overcharged automatically. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

Now we’re moving out because we found rat feces on all of our things. We have an infant at home, everything needs to be disinfected. When we called to tell them of the problem and asked how they would handle it the man who answered the phone says “I don’t really work at this location so I have no idea what they do. You have insurance so just file a claim.” I wouldn’t waste my money.

- RDRandall DavisNov 24, 20251.0This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have had three units between the Brewster and New Milford locations. I am paying $380 each for 10x20s. (Infuriating to see what 10x20s are going for now) I have had leaks in the roof that weren't addressed for weeks. I have had rats eat at furniture. I have even had my own locks cut off and had management put different ones on and been unable to get into my own unit because they made a 'mistake'. I can go on and on about mismanagement, neglect, feeling like I am getting ripped off completely. I am in the situation I am in unfortunately with parents losing their jobs so I am holding all their stuff while they get back on their feet but I feel like I am trapped with this place. I would not recommend renting here. Avoid if possible. I pray for the day I can stop paying these people.
