- RDRandall DavisNov 24, 20251.0This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have had three units between the Brewster and New Milford locations. I am paying $380 each for 10x20s. (Infuriating to see what 10x20s are going for now) I have had leaks in the roof that weren't addressed for weeks. I have had rats eat at furniture. I have even had my own locks cut off and had management put different ones on and been unable to get into my own unit because they made a 'mistake'. I can go on and on about mismanagement, neglect, feeling like I am getting ripped off completely. I am in the situation I am in unfortunately with parents losing their jobs so I am holding all their stuff while they get back on their feet but I feel like I am trapped with this place. I would not recommend renting here. Avoid if possible. I pray for the day I can stop paying these people.

I was offered my initial rate for only the first 3 months then after that it almost doubled and after the first year they almost doubled it again. It would be nice if they notified you that the rates will just continue to go up for the same amount of storage space.

It's so easy to access what you've stored! The prices are about half of other storage businesses. Only downside is that sometimes the building the unit is in does not have a transport dolly available.
