MIND YOU WE JUST SPENT ALMOST 400$ $2300 the previous time !! We were charged 3 times the correct amount on the shelf. the manager Cindy came up being an absolute rude snotty ignorant human being ( and that's being nice). I work retail as well and don't get me wrong customers in binghamton especially act entitled. We were very decent with them and the kid who did the return was clearly the only kind decent human being in the entire store and you could tell he was embarrassed with the treatment we received. I will never return to this location, honestly probably never rk any lowes location! This company should probably send their employees through a customer service class because these folks are just down right ignorant and rude!! If you dont want to honor prices do your job and put the correct pricing up! Instead of walking around doing absolutely nothing! Absolutely disgusting excuse for retail workers and you make us all look bad!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
