Being a new home owner, I’ve had to make many trips to this Lowe’s and i can safely say this location has the friendliest staff members. At every visit there are no less than 3 people who ask me if I need assistance, the people who work here will smile at you as you pass them by, they do not ever seem to be annoyed with a question and do not make you feel rushed. Even the person assigned to the self checkout area is so helpful and kind. I really like going here, they always have what i need, and everyone seems to be happy to help.

I came in to return a defective item today and found the young lady (Kaci or Kasi) at the customer service desk to be incredibly rude and whiney. I was actually returning a SimpleHuman trash can that I purchased on 10/4/25 and was already broken after normal use. These trash cans are quite pricey so, of course, I am going to return it after only getting exactly 2-weeks worth of use out of it. The young lady (Kaci or Kasi) at the customer service desk, rudely said, "Ew, there's liquid in the bottom of it." I politely explained that it was just water and that I had scrubbed it this morning so as not to return anything dirty or gross. Her next comment was, "Well, I need a receipt." I told her I had my card and she should be able to look it up that way. Then she said quite rudely, "Well, I need an Item # for the trash can." So I told her to look it up on her computer which I know she can do because I have worked at Lowe's before so am very familiar with the process. Instead, she got out the Zebra and attempted to look it up on that device, but it was obvious she didn't try very hard. Then she told me I'll have to go get another one off the shelf for her to scan. Instead of being rude and inconveniencing the customer, try calling the seasonal department and asking them for the Item # or just doing your job and looking it up on your computer like so many other good employees do. But I wasn't about to argue with the bratty snot so I went and ripped the label off the shelving unit and brought it to her. I also looked the product up on my smart phone with the Lowe's app, something she could have very easily done but refused to. I brought this information back to her and showed her. She was still very rude as she returned the product and handed me my receipt. Never have I been treated so horribly by a retail store employee. If you hate your job that much, then quit.

Ray from appliances helped us out so much! We came in for a new fridge and he took the time to go through different options with us and ultimately found us a great deal! We were very satisfied with the service he provided us and he deserves recognition for it! Thanks Ray we really appreciate you!
