If I could give zero stars I would!! 2nd time at this store having a problem with the prices, and the cashier harry accusing me of "having something in my pocket" which happened to be my vape which obv they dont even sell. MIND YOU WE JUST SPENT ALMOST 400$ $2300 the previous time !! We were charged 3 times the correct amount on the shelf. the manager Cindy came up being an absolute rude snotty ignorant human being ( and that's being nice). I work retail as well and don't get me wrong customers in binghamton especially act entitled. We were very decent with them and the kid who did the return was clearly the only kind decent human being in the entire store and you could tell he was embarrassed with the treatment we received. I will never return to this location, honestly probably never rk any lowes location! This company should probably send their employees through a customer service class because these folks are just down right ignorant and rude!! If you dont want to honor prices do your job and put the correct pricing up! Instead of walking around doing absolutely nothing! Absolutely disgusting excuse for retail workers and you make us all look bad!!

We bought new hardwood to get new floors and the people came out to install it and said that ALL the flooring was bad. So a year-long project never to be finished. Not a good experience.

I’ve been to and ordered from the Lowe’s in Binghamton, NY a few times lately, and every single associate I’ve talked to has been polite, patient, and actually seemed happy to help — which is rare these days! Just today Jonette helped me over the phone and One young lady helped me the other day, and of course now that I’m writing this, I can’t remember her name… but she was also fantastic.
Everyone there has treated me with respect and made my shopping easy. Thanks to the whole team for the great customer service — even the ones whose names my brain forgets two minutes later!

Being a new home owner, I’ve had to make many trips to this Lowe’s and i can safely say this location has the friendliest staff members. At every visit there are no less than 3 people who ask me if I need assistance, the people who work here will smile at you as you pass them by, they do not ever seem to be annoyed with a question and do not make you feel rushed. Even the person assigned to the self checkout area is so helpful and kind. I really like going here, they always have what i need, and everyone seems to be happy to help.
