Multiple assurances that the charge would be removed and yet still being charged in September. Called the company to ask about this and tried to clear this up with someone named Tiffany and I was laughed at, told that I was "exhausting their brain" simply for ensuring charges were correct, then hung up on. I will certainly ensure that my industry-wide colleagues, and all friends avoid this company in the future.

This company sold us and installed discontinued cameras that were poor, poor quality. Not one manager or owner reached out to me after I requested to speak to them about the concerns I had with the camera system. We also had an alarm security system installed and it was malfunctioning in one area. It took over a week to have someone sent out to assess. Not sure you feel comfortable with waiting that long for a security company to respond, but we didn’t. Needless to say, we had all cameras removed and we went with another company that has been fantastic to work with.
