We have a full time maintenance department offering spring cleanings, monthly/weekly maintenance throughout the season and winter closing. Tom was patient and answered all of our questions and concerns about getting the right sized fountain, maintenance and installation. All of his team that came through our property to help were respectful, patient and great at what they do. And when you call, Julie the office manager is an amazing resource and a very pleasant person to speak with. Highly recommend. We plan to be part of the Aquascapes East family as long as we live in this home to service our fountain. Thank you, Tom and team - you guys were great partners!

From my first contact with Aquascapes East, I have been impressed with their courteous and quick responses. The on-site design and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with. Their absolute love of nature and the creative medium is evident at each service call. I have been impressed with their knowledge as well as their care of existing plant and animal life during calls. My water feature is a legacy pond and Aquascapes East has brought it back to life in a way that I can enjoy it through every season. I can absolutely see how building water features could be addictive. I could not ask for a better or more responsive team.

The water feature looks like it’s always been there and is a real focal point. It’s incredibly relaxing to sit on the patio and watch and listen to the waterfall. 5 years on and all we’ve had to do is basic maintenance. We recommended Tom and his team to friends, who installed a larger similar project and are thrilled with the results.
