  Ruined my 20+ yr old ,mint condition, partial real fur coat! Fur on sleeves was discolored, its lost all silkyness and shine. Almost looks chemically burned. I actually started to cry at the sight of my beloved coat! I refused to pay! Also blatant overcharging. Example...press a lightweight, thigh length coat, 25.00! I told "Ted" I wouldn't be returning. I think he should retire. Stay away is my advice.

  Was charged $60. To have shoulders lifted a half inch on a 10 year olds dress. Way too much and I won’t be going back. Time for these guys to go. There are other cleaners around the corner!!!

  Everyone is nice here. Items are cleaned well and prices are fair. Been comming here for about a year.

  Called ahead to ask for the tailor. Person on the phone said she would be leaving soon even though it was 1pm. I said I could go somewhere else but they said they could do a quick tuxedo measurement for me. I came in and the tailor said that she didn't know how to measure for a tuxedo, which is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. She said they she didn't know what types of measurements would be needed for a tux. And then my girlfriend goes in to try and get an alteration for a dress and she was told that they couldn't do that as well. What does this lady even do? Do not come here for measurements or alterations, it's a waste of time. Haven't used their cleaning services to be fair.
