Also asked for ice melt and thing 1 told me it was outside through the garden doors and I went there but of course it wasn’t there. Mind you, while walking towards the garden area I saw someone with a shovel in hand down the aisle against the wall, went to that area lo and behold, plenty of shovels. Loews has some horrible employees, yes plural because another employee (thing 2) was next to thing 1 and did not intervene the stupidity. God is good, I got my shovel😉

The staff here tend to be helpful when needed, just wish they could be found more easily to track down, but this could likely be done through having additional members of the Lowe's team on staff, ESPECIALLY during times like holiday weekends, or just weekends in general. Overall, I found myself to be satisfied 👌 with my experience within the store, especially considering thieir expansive size and array of tools and items filling that size. - What's notable, given this fact, is how the store SOMEHOW keeps it relatively simple to locate what you came for, and this, is what'll keep customers happy and coming back.
