If you plan to come here for delivery, be prepared — not for work, but for survival.
A large company accepts large shipments, yet fails to prepare even the most basic conditions for drivers. Snow, scattered materials, and complete disorganization turn maneuvering into a challenge rather than a routine task. The entire area is covered in ice, untouched and untreated, creating unnecessary risk and danger.
Instead of efficiency, you will test your patience and nerves simply trying to do your job. And if you need a restroom, be ready for a long journey — apparently, basic respect for drivers is not part of the welcome here.

I asked a Loews employee (thing 1) where were the shovels and thing 1 told me they had NONE and that I should order it from Amazon. Also asked for ice melt and thing 1 told me it was outside through the garden doors and I went there but of course it wasn’t there. Mind you, while walking towards the garden area I saw someone with a shovel in hand down the aisle against the wall, went to that area lo and behold, plenty of shovels. Loews has some horrible employees, yes plural because another employee (thing 2) was next to thing 1 and did not intervene the stupidity. God is good, I got my shovel😉
