The store is very clean an organized. The staff is courteous when you can find them. I waited 12 minutes before an employee walked by and then he had to get someone else. If I didn't need a key to get my item, I would've been in and out. I do appreciate the Veterans discount. I will be returning here.

Horrible location go to home Depot places order was told was ready for pickup even got a reminder after day 2 to pick my order up. Went to location 2 days after order was told was cancelled because not in stock. But I was told was ready for pickup. Called corporate they where going to honor the sale price as the called location was told the items where not in stock the problem I was looking at them multiple of them on the sales floor . Employee couldn't even take time to check as I was standing by the items as on hold and no one walked over to check. So they are either lazy or just living because they don't want to be bothered . I was going to move over to flex tools but this is horrible guess I'll stick with Milwaukee and home Depot . Employees where very rude and could care less about solving my issue,I can see why they work at Lowe's . Horrible experience and rude representatives go to HD and get proper service
