After delivering propane to this particular Lowe's #561 around 4:30 am. my truck broke down at the front entrance during a winter storm with freezing temperatures ranging around 14 to 16°
After calling roadside assistance I learned that no one was going to make it out to my location for at least 90 minutes.
So after completing my delivery and giving the receipt to the Lowe's store management I asked if I could come into the store to stay warm until help arrived.
The store management denied me access to come in and get warm so I was forced to sit back out in the cab of my truck until help arrived. ❄️🌬️❄️🥶❄️

Potentially the worst delivery I’ve ever had. Ordered an oven in store. They said it would be at my house and it shows up 2 weeks late. The driver calls and says he’s 10 minutes away after being 6 hours late for the delivery. Gets to the top of my driveway and just drives away without calling. After calling an hour later he sends a text saying he wouldn’t drive down the driveway to deliver a STOVE. I love the Lowe’s staff in person at the auburn location and this is in no way a reflection of them but I will NEVER order another thing if it is not in the store.
