First put the mortise cylinder in for a right hand door when the door was a left hand and told me it was correct when I told him it was wrong. Then he left for over 45 min to get the correct lockset. 2nd lockset took a while. Deadbolt worked with key but when he locked the toggle and closed the door the door would not open with key. Had to destroy the cylinder and the lock to open the door. left again for another lockset. 5 hours later lockset is in. worst experience ever.
