- MFmisteke fombyFeb 1, 20261.0Was rear-ended by one of the plow truck drivers in front of the thruway plaza in Cheektowaga NY from this company in January. In trying to give a fellow human being a break and not file a claim which would result in premiums going up or maybe even adverse action for the driver ,I decided NOT to file a claim because the owner stated they'd pay out of pocket for the damages and arrange something once the storm cleared. The storm has cleared and now the owner has stop responding to messages. Simply asking for my car to be fixed ,and this company is now neglecting their responsibility. Be careful with these guys,Id hate to see how they handle your property when something goes wrong. Don't expect them to fix anything in a timely manner or at all.

I had the front beds completely redone with new plants, stone, mulch, edging, etc. They even worked with me to save an existing tree and a couple other existing plants, and did not try to discourage me from doing so. They were very busy due to COVID and gave me an honest estimated time for completion and stuck to it, without over promising and under delivering. I received a fair quote that was honored and it was well worth it! Will definitely use Reinhart again for any future landscaping needs.

Then we received more billing, supposedly for taxes. We're done with them and I recommend you think hard before contracting
