  Salesperson Carrie was great to work with. With her help I ordered a second end table matching the one I previously ordered. I paid online and was given a delivery day of 2 days from the order. R&F is certainly very accommodating.

  We went to 3 stores today. What stood out for us was the employee (Stephan) we had today at Raymour & Flanigan. He was great and way exceeded the customer service at the other stores. He seemed very authentic, helped us the entire time and it never felt like he was pressuring us to buy something. We were very happy with our experience today.

  It's my first time at the store and it was a very pleasant experience. Chris approached me and introduced himself. I told him what I was looking for. We walked the sales floor and looked at all the items that I might be interested in. Chris is an excellent sales associate. He listened to what I would like. He explained each item, it's fabric, it's quality and finally the price. I ask about delivery. He explained the White Glove delivery complete satisfaction from the customer on the delivery. I have been in customer service over 40yrs so I do know a little about what the customer appreciates. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about each product. He even listened why I whined about a past experience I had. The store looked so beautiful and well organized. I had such a nice time looking at all the lovely furniture and making mental notes what to come back for. Upon closing my purchase Chris explained why to purchase the warranty on the item I purchased, at first I said no but Chris explained why I might want to reconsider so I did purchase the warranty also. I so much enjoyed my visit with Chris and getting to see all the wonderful furniture and items for my home. Thank you to Chris for amazing customer service! And thank you to Raymour and Flanigan for such a lovely store. Thank you Alma P.

  Nick was awesome! We spent $23,000 on everything and this guy never rushed out, I said an imagine I had placed in my mind and he got it! As well we had a tax issue and the floor manager solved it without me even knowing and owned it! Thank you Nick!

  Don Stoeckel was completely inappropriate, after my wife said she didn’t like two bed room sets that he showed us he said “is she always this difficult”. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. Don is the last person I’d make a large purchase from. He definitely lost his employer a very large sale.
