    Bought battery for riding lawn mower put it in did not work discovered it was from 12/24 . My fault for no checking date before I bought it but it shouldn't even been on the shelf..the customer service rep said it when I returned it obviously they need to get with it..

    We purchased a patio set, 3 associates helped us with taking off the shelf. However, I asked 3 times if someone can wheel the cart to the front of the store and help my husband by transporting these heavy boxes to the front of the store and load onto our pickup. No one helped! Very disappointed in the customer service associates following through!

    If possible I would like to 0 🌟 for Lowes, because they cheating with their customers, today April 17, 2026. If you go to Lowes at Amherst ny, you will see the big sign says miracle grow garden soil .75qf $2.29 and buy 3 get 3 , so I bought 6 bag which supposed to be 6.87 but they charged me $13.74 , I went to customer service, they telling me the price is 4.60 per bag but there are no sign of 4.60, I ask them dose it make sense to you? She answered me that's the way it is. I don't know which world I am living, I feel like I am the most stupid and dummy person in the world.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement. On Monday, April 13, 2026, around 3:20 PM, I attempted to return an unused Kobalt drain snake that I purchased on March 28. The item had never been used, it remained in my car trunk the entire time. The associate, who claimed to be a manager, refused the return without any reasonable explanation, completely ignoring the fact that the item was unused. While I understand that used drain snakes may be classified as biohazard items and cannot be returned, that clearly did not apply here. The associate was rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen, showing zero interest in understanding the situation or applying basic logic. There was no attempt to help, no effort to clarify the policy, just an immediate and unjustified refusal. To verify, I called another store, the Transit Road location, and was told clearly that the item is refundable as long as it is unused. I went there and returned it without any issue, which makes the handling at this location even more unacceptable. This reflects poor training, inconsistent policy enforcement, and extremely poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store, and I strongly caution others to avoid it.
