  I bought a great quality lift recliner there for my dad. We checked out 3 other competitors, and decided on La-Z-Boy. They also were not pushy and only asked for my contact information after we were serious about a particular chair.

  Sales rep was very helpful. She spent time learning what I wanted in furniture and constraints due to home size. Design services made a big difference in the final choice of fabric colors. The design tools showed what the furniture will look like in the living room.

  Walked in knowing what I was looking for, and was met by Sean. A no nonsense approach, listening to my needs, he helped me choose an economical sofa and assisted me with choosing the best included fabric for my needs. Felt 100 percent the opposite of my purchases at Raymour & Flanigan. Professional, to the point, respectful. I can’t wait to sit in my new sofa!!!!

  I purchased furniture from La-Z-Boy in I October of 2025 and when I received it, there was something wrong with my couch my manual chair and my electric chair. After several calls with service, they finally decided to pick the furniture up and I could go and purchase something different. I went and picked out something different and spent an extra 2000 thousand dollars. When the new stuff finally came in at the end of February there was something wrong with every piece again. I had service come and look at my furniture after have to wait more then a month for them to call me out . The person that came out was so nice. It has been over two weeks and I haven’t heard back from service to let me know what they are going to do with this furniture.i would never ever recommend La-z button anyone.
