Poor customer service ordered a Maytag dryer gave them a window to show up at my house for instulation and never showed up so I Rescheduled again and they never showed up again so I cancelled my order never go back to Lowe's again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I purchased a drier, with the belief we purchased the installation and removal of the old one. This was done over the phone with a Lowe’s associate as the original drier had to be returned. So we paid the difference for a more expensive drier but apparently they didn’t carry over the same package. So we called to address the services we thought were purchased and willing to pay the extra. No family can go without a drier for 2 weeks and there is no way to speed up the process. Here is the real source of the complaint, as we were transferred to the assistant store manager, which we did not ask to speak with. Zero empathy, it was like a robot reciting store policy and nothing accomplished. Here is the kicker, once he was done he abruptly hung up. We’ll just install it ourselves. No organization should feel good about treating a customer like this.
