My salesperson was friendly and helpful. I found a recliner I liked and within my price range. The paperwork was completed quickly and smoothly. A great overall experience!

Sales person (Shawn) was pleasant, helpful, sensitive to our size and feature requirements, suggested options for customization and provided us a few days to make our decision. Pricing was a bit high, but (hopefully) “you get what you pay for”. So far the experience has been positive. We are hopeful that we will be very satisfied when our furniture is delivered.
