I was disappointed that La-Z-Boy wouldn't honor the Black Friday free shipping since I selected a delivery date that coincided with the first day of the sale. I mean, was it worth me delaying the purchase by a few days to take advantage of? Would have been nice if they just wholeheartedly offered this. Goes along way in terms of securing one's future business as well. Otherwise seems like a good product and I look forward to delivery of it.
