One involved getting the mattress into our old victorian home and the other involved dealing with back issues. Mike, who waited on us, listened carefully to our issues and explained in detail our options. He was a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and knowledgeable. We left the store satisfied that we made a purchase that met our needs.

I had not did not have time beforehand to research and was trying to look online while in the store. My daughter had an accident in my bed last night and I was trying to take care of this on my break. I mentioned a $250 price point because I saw it online. I know that’s a low price and was not expecting them to have it. I do have the money to buy a nice mattress. I might not look like it but I do. I am a frugal shopper and will want to see the lowest price first and compare. It’s just my method. The sales lady just walked away from me when I said $250 and wanted nothing to do with me. It was terrible.
