Everything was excellent until the point of checkout. I would have given 5 stars, but for some unknown reason, it took about 20-25 minutes after I handed the woman at the counter my payment method, to complete the sale ??? She never said what the hold up was, never asked any questions, if there was a problem…After about 10 minutes, she sofly apologized for the wait, but the sales person piped up with “That”s ok! “ - he spoke for me , which I thought was inappropriate, as I wojld have asked if there was s problem. What was it ?? Is there anything I cannfo to spord ghis up? , and if not , what the hell , sorry for the language, but -is going on ??? It still took sboit ankther ten minutes. for her to “complete” the sale… Imagine if this was at a grocery store… The manager would ask what’s the hold up, and if she couldn’t do her job in a timely manner, then maybe she isn’t cut out for this job. I honestly felt like an idiot waiting for her to tell me what’s going on and explain to me why it is taking so long. I feel if she was a good receptionist. She would’ve checked in with me every two or three minutes and told me the an update of what’s being done to speed up the transaction. I got nothing, no word, no nothing, and know anything just silence. I honestly don’t know if I would come back to that store just for that reason. A similar incident Happened to me the last time I purchased a living room set several months earlier and it took 10 to 15 minutes to check out. To me that unsatisfactory and that’s why I get rid of three star. I’ve always liked the furniture, and I’ve shopped with Raymour And Flanagan for 20 years or more. Put the transactions I found at the store. We’re disturbingly long drawn out and unacceptable. I honestly don’t know if I’ll visit the store again. Sorry to say. When someone ignores you when something is not going correctly, that shows a lack of respect for me and my wife. And I’m sure this is not the first time it’s happened to other people as well. I was very happy until that point and unfortunate. I left with a bad taste of my mouth. It was extremely unsettling.
