Alfia Knowles made our purchasing experience of a new mattress and upholstered chair for our family room one of the best! We originally came in for a new mattress, but on our way out of the store we found a chair we liked. As soon as we got home we decided we definitely wanted the chair, called Alfia and she made it happen so we were able to get our mattress and chair delivery coordinated for the same day. Alfia definitely made the experience easy and painless. Much appreciated!

@Warning!!!!! horrible experience with Raymour and Flanagan be warned! Terrible customer service. I purchased a brand new dining room set in November of 2024. We paid for their Platinum protection plan based on the recommendation of the salesperson. Supposed to cover everything no problem. Well one of my chairs broke. The metal actually gave way. I filed a claim online no response at all. I called the store. Took four phone calls to even get someone to call me back. Now it’s ten days without the chair. Now they tell me $69.99 delivery charge for the new chair. I don’t think so. Have the manager call me. Manager won’t even call me back makes this poor girl call me. They will not waive the fee. Fine I’ll come pick it up. Oh it’s on back order. They will call me when it comes in sometime in April maybe. After all there are other customers in front of me. I assure you I will NEVER purchase from them again and will tell everyone I know about their terrible customer service . And certainly dont waste your money on the protection plan since they don’t honor it

Fiamma helped me today. She is very knowledgeable about mattress facts and made very good recommendations based on my needs and preferences. She needs a raise for sure. Also important to note, Fiamma has a good sales style and it's not over the top or underwhelming, so again, give her a raise. I'm glad I chose Raymour because I got next day delivery just like the advertisement states. Overall I'd say it was a nice quick and easy process to get a new mattress from them. If you are in the store, ask for Fiamma and have a nice experience. Will definitely be back.
I was shopping for new mattresses for both my kids. As soon as I walked in Wally helped me. He was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses. Additionally, he made sure to inform me about the best mattress choices for my kids based on their size, sleeping habits etc. Once he went through the options, he didn’t hang around and try to push me to buy a certain type of mattress. He let me go about looking at different mattresses and make my own choice. Once I chose the mattresses I wanted to buy he made the check out effortless. He explained everything very well. Kiki checked me out and was also pleasant and friendly.
Additionally, the delivery team was on time, respectful and courteous. They delivered my new items and removed the old ones and were in and out quickly. I have two happy family members loving their new comfy mattresses. I would definitely shop here again.
First of all, the salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. The management are also great. Excellent selection of product and spectacular mattress offerings.
We had an issue with a recliner loveseat we bought. They sent someone out even though it wasn't covered by the platinum plan to see if they could address the issue. They tried, but it was beyond their ability to solve the problem. Samantha, their service manager, agreed to allow us to exchange it for another piece while issuing full credit towards the next purchase.
The floor manager Sabine went around with me to find just the right piece for us. We are more than happy with the way we were treated by the Albany Central Avenue store and would highly recommend that you shop there.
