We ordered our couch at a different location and were set to pick it up at this Albany location, however there was a big issue with the pickup that Sabina sorted out beautifully and in a very timely manner so we were able to get our couch in time. She really went above and beyond in terms of customer service and fixing the issue. I could not recommend working with Sabina enough!
