When I moved my stuff in in 2024 I signed a contract for 136-140 payed the extra fees and had the low price of 182 for three months. After that it was hiked up to 237. I called and complained about the hike and was told it would be lowered. The reasoning they gave was sometimes other companies take over and price increases and I’ll have to call every few months to get it lowered. Couple months later now 2025 it was never lowered and it’s now at 263. I called today to complain that no where does it say that this type of steep increases would be made. The reasoning provided was oh prices Fluctuate when you’re on the first floor. No my price has only gone up and up. And without an email, call or text or mail to state it’d be increasing. I will also note that this place had a nice problem within a few months I found mouse droppings on my items and know upon moving out I will have to deep clean my furniture. I would not recommend this company due to how it runs its business. I also notice prices seem to increase when the weather is cold my guess bc they know it’ll be difficult to move your stuff in the winter time.

I moved in to unit in Oct '24.13 months ago.My rent for unit was $138.00.It has gone up steadily every few months by large amounts.As of July the rent is up to $270.00.That's almost DOUBLED in 8 MONTHS. Can't contact anyone at corporate,if you call the general number it just sends you to local facility.Ask for a call back from a regional manager and it's ignored. What they are hoping is that once you've moved in that you can't move out and just keep giving you steady increases .I am moving out and TAKING THEM TO COURT as I have spoken to several other tenents with the same experience.This is their business plan and systemic.Get you in,trap you and then raise the rates to bleed you dry... BTW went by today and found a dead mouse in the unit and not the first one.No food in there,units are not sealed and vermin can pass from unit to unit...
