    I am leaving the store as I write this review, and I’m very upset about how I was treated. I arrived at 8:40 pm, and as I was walking in, the security guard told me the store was closed. When I asked what time they close, she said 9 pm. I replied that I still had 20 minutes to shop, but she clearly wasn’t happy that I came in “so late.” It seemed as if they were planning to shut down early since it was Saturday. At 8:55 pm, staff approached me where I was shopping and told me I had to check out immediately or the registers would lock. I rushed with my two children and managed to reach the cashier by 8:58 pm, practically running to make it in time. While I was checking out, the lights were turned off, creating a safety concern for my two kids (2 years old and 1 year old). On top of that, I was looked down on by all the staff standing there, clearly waiting for me to leave. When I asked why they couldn’t allow even a few minutes past closing, I was told the store closes at 9 and they are not obligated to stay later. This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience for a Saturday evening at 8:40 pm.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
