    I've got no clue what's up with the security here, but the dude with the big eyes profiled my family and I the moment we walked in. Kept tabs on us even as we were shopping. Weird fella, he probably had a lil crush on me.

    I love the store, lots to chose from. Great options, but your cashier staff is not great. Had an unpleasant experience with a young lady at the cash register which was uncalled for. I did email customer service about the experience. I have worked customer service for many years and nothing taints your shopping experience more than a poor check-out experience.

    Went last night and experienced the worst attitude from a cashier named Olivia. I asked for a bag for my items and she slammed the closed paper bag down on the counter and that was it. I wasn’t expecting her to bag my items but at least open the bag? prior to that she said not 1 word to me. She seemed extremely agitated that she was called up front to help with the growing line. I work in customer service; I know it can be grueling. A simple hi and thank you goes a long way.

    This was a wonderful experience for my boyfriend and I, especially it being our first time buying a piece of furniture together. The employees were nothing but helpful, kind, and funny. Genuinely great individuals. We wanted a settee that was on the top shelf, and they made it seem like it was no problem at all and gave us a great experience. Definitely coming back here for future household purchases. Prices were pretty good too. Thank you!!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
