  I’ve been a tenant here for a while, and I’m thrilled with the recent changes under the new ownership by Trunk Space Storage. Cleo was incredibly helpful and friendly when explaining the transition. She handled my DocuSign paperwork update smoothly this week. The facility remains spotless and secure (gated entry, PTI keypad system, video surveillance), with drive-up access making loading and unloading a breeze. They’ve added more services, and while hours shifted slightly, everything feels even more professional now. My uploaded photos show the updated signage, security setup, and payment QR codes. That's super convenient for online payments or moving out. 5 stars all the way ! If Google updates the name &website soon, that’d be great for everyone.

  We had a great experience with Disc Drive Self Storage. The initial setup process was quick and easy. We were shown the different types of units and ended up renting a large unit for a few months. Every interaction we had with staff was very pleasant and they went above and beyond to assist us. If we ever have a need in the future, we will definitely rent from Disc Drive Self Storage again.

  Madison is amazing with customer service! He gets back to me ASAP with any issues, and does what he says, going above and beyond. They provide great security, and it is so clean and easy to find everything. I highly recommend!
