My brothers boyfriend shane merritt of sparks worked here for a short time and it was cool when ever I had to stop on by to purchase items most of the time I would see him stalking shelves nice employees work here and thanks for being an equal opportunity employer and giving everyone the chance to work here no matter what your age race or sexual preference is because at the end of the day we all are humans and have the right to be treated as such! This is why when I'm in town and need to fix one of my rentals I will always shop Lowes home improvement store!

High end Whirlpool washer/dryer purchased at Lowes, Sparks in July 2025 (4 months ago!) Dryer is BROKE and not working!! Lowes doesn't care and Whirpool is slow to respond to a warranty claim!! We also had to return the first delivered washer because the Lowes delivery crew broke it dumping it off the truck...I witnessed that fiasco. Bad product, bad service...

I had the most wonderful experience with this store, it's associates, and the installation team! Would 100% recommend Lowe's over the other H.ow D.isappointing stores.
I called looking to have my front door replaced after 25+ years of good use; it was time. The associate called me promptly to set up a meeting time for him to come measure my entrance and go over my style options. He was super friendly, very professional and made me feel satisfied with my choices. He said someone from Lowe's team would be in contact with me every two weeks as an update on my door being made. Yes, they diligently called me every 2 weeks even though I couldn't answer, they left a detailed voicemail of the current progress. I ordered my door mid/early July and it arrived in store when they said it would. The installer came out when he said he would. My front door was installed September 27th. Super fast and friendly service. I would also like to recognize the installer Jesus Jaquez for his warm friendly demeanor and bringing his 18+ years of experience on this job. He answered any and all questions I had and was able to get the before pictures that I totally forgot to take. I would love to have him back for further installs and will continue my business with Lowe's from now on due to their professionalism, time management, quality, and over all a satisfaction of well being. They also had a support dummy frame that supported the door when transporting and setting up. This was a vital move that Lowe's did that the other big box store did not provide for me. I am still waiting on them to complete their project I signed up for in JANUARY. I ordered my front door 5-6 months after I ordered an interior door from H.uge D.isaster and the front door was installed by Lowe's before HD. I am still waiting on HD to install my interior door; they don't expect it till November. Check my review on their site for further detail.

Great store. Their workers need to get lessons in customer service.
I was in this store for almost a half hour trying to find a few things I needed. At least 7 employees walked by me. No one said good morning to me or asked if I needed any help. Can I help find anything. Come on, this is a customer oriented company. No customers, no need for you to have a job.
