I hit the button for help on the top shelf, it announced 9 times. Nobody came. The guy in the next department maybe 30 feet away just stood there doing nothing. We finally walked over to him to try for help after he walked off. He was lazy and useless.

Your delivery drivers are hard working people who get the job done. You should tell them to not plug in the refrigerators right away. That Freon needs to settle before you turn it on or you’ll cause damage to fridge. It’s pretty basic, but I don’t think Lowe’s gives any instruction to them. They’re just worried about getting the fridge in without damaging the house or product, and they did a great job. The person in charge of assigning the delivery is the person at fault.
Please don’t give me some halfhearted AI response like everyone else gets. I’m not asking for a response, just giving you a heads up on where you need improvement
