We bought a refrigerator in Feb. at Reno Lowe’s.
Very happy with it but didn’t understand everything. The delivery people explained nothing. We had a Lowe’s technician come out. His name is Jonathan. He was beyond excellent. Explained everything and showed us everything. We were very satisfied. Thank you Jonathan !

Just spoke to a female at the customer service desk (10:50 a.m.) with a hispanic accent at Lowe's Reno in regards to retiring flags. They used to have a box up front and the flags were retired properly.
Her answer to my question was, we don't have that box anymore, haven't had it this year or last. They go back to receiving, and I have no idea what happens to them after that. I asked to speak to someone else about it and it went to a dead line for several minutes. Called back and the phone just rang over and over again. Absolutely pathetic.
Obviously no one should be taking their flags there to be properly retired. Lowe's management might want to educate the people up front that talk to people who call with questions regarding something that has no room for not being done properly and respectfully. Embarrassed for this store in regards to this interaction.
Side note: Wow, I just looked at recent reviews and they definitely track with my experience.

My go to place to get indoor and outdoor plants, as well as gardening supplies. They have a great collection of plants! Also seasonal decors and tools. I love their Christmas decorations and lights. I also like their Black Friday deals. Most of staff, especially staff at the garden centre are really nice and friendly. Never had any issue with returns or refund since I use the app for my purchase history. My only complaint is the lack of staff available at the self checkout to assist customers.

Poor customer service. Waited half a day on delivery. Nobody at the store answers and when they do I was put on hold and left for an hour. Had to drive down to cancel then order. No genuine apology. Lost me as a customer of Lowe's.
