- LFLeann Fronek6 days ago1.0The rates started off good when they first opened. Not anymore. We got a 30 day notice of a rate increase that was more than double of what our original terms were. We also experienced, strong smells of weed multiple times coming from a unit/s , and homeless people living in their units. Rumor has it they finally got the homeless out. Regardless, the unreasonable rate increase was enough for us to leave. Super disappointed.

Tried calling after owner response but no one answered and I left a message but still have yet to hear back from anyone…
