  It’s been a wild ride renting at this location. One week I noticed a couple in a run down red car parking all day inside the car bay. Their possessions overflowed from the car and it all smelled terrible. I thought that they were camping out inside the facility. When I tried to sneak a photo to report them, the couple spotted it and came at me yelling. I then tried to leave the facility and they used their car to block me in. This occurred after office hours, and since ExtraSpace doesn’t have an emergency line, I was stuck in a terrible situation with a mentally unstable couple. Thankfully, after I remained motionless in the vehicle for a bit, they sped off. Another time, I came to my unit to pick up items needed for the day, and the elevators would not work. All of them. It was very strange. I then looked for stairs and couldn’t find any. Again, ExtraSpace doesn’t have an emergency line, and this was a couple of hours before the office opened, so I was kinda screwed.

  The place is clean and staff are nice; however get ready to get financially hurt when you rent here. My start rate was $120 a month on 6 month pay in advance, then it went to $220 month (DOUBLED). Today I opened a post card saying my rate would be $484 month..(DOUBLED AGAIN). What a rip off. I need to move my storage stuff.. this is very misleading about good prices.

  Sierra at Extra Space Storage is, without exaggeration, one of the most competent and genuinely helpful people I have dealt with in a long time. I walked in managing a lot — moving, deadlines, logistics, and the kind of decision fatigue that comes with compressing an entire life into boxes — and she immediately created clarity. Not just by answering questions, but by anticipating them. There was no confusion, no runaround, no pressure. Just calm, direct, informed guidance. What stood out most was her ability to make a process that can feel overwhelming actually feel manageable. She was patient without being slow, efficient without being cold, and incredibly knowledgeable about every detail — from unit sizing to access to what would realistically work for my situation. That combination is rare. She also treated me like a person, not a transaction. There was respect in how she communicated, and that matters more than most businesses seem to understand. I left feeling like I had made the right decision — not because I was sold something, but because I was supported in making the right choice for myself. Sierra is the reason I would recommend this location to anyone. She’s excellent at what she does, and it shows.

  KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! This company is predatory and dishonest about how they price their units. They will tell you a low price to get you to commit to unit and then raise the price on you every couple months until you're up to the price that they want you to pay. A manager told us this would happen and that it was nowhere in the contract that they would do this. They pray on the fact that you won't want to move your stuff or in some cases not even able to move your stuff if you don't live in the area. You can try to fight back and they won't raise "as much" but they'll come back in a month or two and just keep raising. We started at $72 a month and now they're trying to make us pay $200+ eight months later. If they were just up front about this it would be a whole different story. Let us know what the actual price is and give a discount on the first few months but tell people what they will eventually have to pay so we can make an informed decision on where to store our stuff. Now we hate you as as company AND have to move our stuff when instead we would have either just gone somewhere else or just paid them the actual price they wanted but not felt scammed to get there. I don't care as much that the price is higher but I do care that they have lied to us the entire time just to get us to pay that price. Please just ask before you use this company. What is the REAL price they're going to make you pay. Not just the price they're using to get you in the door to trap you
