- DVDan ViveirosOct 4, 20162.0I had an new updated alarm system with video cameras installed last month, and I am not pleased with the installation and service. The installing techs seemed to be in a hurry to complete the job, and did not like me watching them install the system. One camera was broken by the tech, which required a second visit to install the last camera (a week later). The tech that installed the last camera found that I was not connected correctly and my video was not being saved. He corrected the problem but said I needed a more powerful wifi router. I purchased and installed the new router which required another service visit to "relearn" the cameras (a $100 an hour cost). There has been no customer survey to ask about the level of service. I guess they don't care.
