    Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, I was treated so badly at Lowe's and it was over $ 6.98 I asked the man in the paint department of a sample of white paint I told him I needed it is be very white so he gave me a small container I did not open it until I got home but when I opened it I noticed it was not white it was kind of gray and gumming looking so I took it back to get the paint I needed and was told ( NO RETURNS ) on this item but I had just purchased it and was told it was very white I had a receipt and only looked inside it was still the same as it looked when I left the store but the employee looked at me like I was a home less person trying to take advantage of Lowe's and said ( NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM ) I asked for a supervisor but none came they were busy so I tired to call the store when I got home no supervisors available I have been going to Lowe's for many years purchasing every appliance and everything I need around my house gallons of paint but there service has become terrible, all I wanted to do was return the bad paint they sold me and get the white paint I needed and I was treated ( TERRIBLE ) please do not use this store you may regret it I'm going to start going to Home Depot only, 👍YAY for HOME DEPOT, They are the best for home care. ❤️ HOME DEPOT ❤️

    Marginal selection at best. This is the smallest lowes I have ever been in. It probably has something to get you through but never the part you need. Order online and save yourself the hassle.

    After going through one of the worst AI phone trees/customers there is, when they actually try to connect you to customer service it’s disconnected (busy signal). There is no option to speak to an actual person in store, which is terrible customer service, especially when you live an hour from the store. I started shopping Lowe’s since they align more with my values, didn’t know I’d have to give up so much on the customer service end by leaving Home Depot.

    My wife and I purchased a new sliding door, They had to come out twice because the first installation was not sealed properly and with this recent weather, it is also still not sealed properly , tried calling and speaking with someone, but no one is picking up the phone! I can’t believe this is happening to my house.
