    After going through one of the worst AI phone trees/customers there is, when they actually try to connect you to customer service it’s disconnected (busy signal). There is no option to speak to an actual person in store, which is terrible customer service, especially when you live an hour from the store. I started shopping Lowe’s since they align more with my values, didn’t know I’d have to give up so much on the customer service end by leaving Home Depot.

    My wife and I purchased a new sliding door, They had to come out twice because the first installation was not sealed properly and with this recent weather, it is also still not sealed properly , tried calling and speaking with someone, but no one is picking up the phone! I can’t believe this is happening to my house.

    Love this store. The Reno site has the greatest drive thru yard and the employees are all very knowledgeable and respectful.

    This business has the worst customer service I have ever seen, as well as the worst appliance delivery service in the world, which starts with the store who never inspect the appliances before delivery! To have not one but 2 consecutive deliveries that are severely damaged goods is poor to three extreme. Atop of this to have not one, but 2 stores with such poor customer service by managers and sales staff. The 1st delivery didn't even have the correct item brand. Lowes needs to re-examine their policies and procedures, and their trainings. They also need to ensure when someone buys from them they need delivery services, starting at store to be no less than excellent! Lowes doesn't have available alternatives or higher management to turn to, no district managers available, so this heightens poor customer services. Extremely poor serviced and not customer friendly. I have been in public relations for over 28 years and I can honestly say this is one of the worst examples of customer services and client relations I have ever seen. Hopefully this will change
