    Lowe's was very helpful they had exactly what I needed and I was able to get help from customer service people right away. They also had very hard to find specialty red oak handrail in various sizes.

    We ordered windows through Lowe’s in June 2024, and the experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward order and installation has turned into a 17-month ordeal with repeated errors, lack of communication, and poor workmanship. From the beginning, there were multiple broken and incorrect parts, leading to repeated reorders and delays. Our sales representative, Parker Riggs, and his manager have consistently ignored our attempts to communicate. The Lowe’s store, customer service team, and manufacturer appear to have no effective coordination — everyone claims their systems “don’t talk to each other,” leaving us with no accountability and no progress. Customer service now checks in roughly every two weeks, which is unacceptable given that this order is still incomplete as of November 2025. Between my husband and me, we have spent countless hours on the phone and in the store trying to get updates that should be proactively managed by Lowe’s. The sliding screen door portion of our order remains unresolved. It has been reinstalled three times since October 2024, each time missing parts or arriving incorrect. Despite promises of reorders, it’s still incomplete. To make matters worse, the installer used framing lumber instead of trim to finish the windows — a clear sign of substandard work and disregard for proper installation standards. To top it off we still have unpainted “trim” that the installer was supposed to paint after the re-ordered windows were installed. This has been an exhausting and deeply disappointing experience. We expected professionalism and accountability from Lowe’s, but instead have faced repeated delays, poor communication, and inferior craftsmanship. We would never recommend Lowe’s for window installation and request immediate corporate intervention to bring this matter to resolution.

    I really like Lowes. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recently ordered a heavy item to be delivered and the shipping contractor (not Lowe’s) didn’t follow the delivery instructions. I made a claim about slight damage and Lowe’s corporate came through with a gift certificate for my aggravation. Good on Lowe’s for keeping a customer satisfied!

    I ordered pad locks and 90 degree latches for two doors over 2 weeks ago....i finally get the email and text message to come pick them up. So i went to curbside pick up, checked and waited over 45 mins and NEVER GOT MY ORDER! I tried to get a refund and cancel the order but it can no longer be found? I get the run around from customer service and the store, basically neither dept wants to do their job and each blame the other dept and tell me i need to talk to the other one.... after dealing with this crap for 3 hours today i finally gave up. I will figute out how get my $50 back eventually. When i finally find someone in this worthless company that wants to do their job and help me get my money back, i will post an update so that with the details so that when this happens to someone else, there will be some guidance on how to resolve it. I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again....its Home Depot or ACE from now on.
