- KTKarina TeutliNov 1, 20251.0The alluring ads brought my family into the showroom. The staff is taught to be friendly but beware. Once you buy and sign they could not care less. The stealth tech we received six weeks after we bought the couch unfortunately didn’t work so we asked to return. Spoke with Loraine on the phone said she’d have the refund ready and boxes too for the return. When we arrived there, the refund wasn’t ready so Connor did the refund and unfortunately he did the refund while complaining he had a long day meeting after meeting and said he’ll process it. Waited there for half an hour waiting for a stealth tech refund to be completed. I was given the boxes to return and told the refund is complete. I mailed everything. Unfortunately he missed refunding the stealth tech pillows and now because supposedly that quarter is closed I can’t get my refund for the pillows. His incompetence and in issuing my refund properly means now I returned stealth tech pillows and no refund issued for pillows that are expensive. So word of caution make sure you do your own refund; or it’ll cost you hundreds of your hard-earned dollars.
