However, the manager or owner or "Big Man In Charge" is bossy and rude to his customers AND employees. They are actually using dial-up internet for credit card processing! When I was there trying to give them $500 for supplies the card machine timed out because it was so slow, so then I offered a check and I think he had to call the bank and verify the check. The whole check-out process took about ten minutes, and they kept canceling the transaction to enter another customers purchase, then cancel his to finish mine, then put his back in to finish his, then cancel his again to give me a receipt. It would have been faster to go to the store, find what I wanted and then order it from Leslie's website!
