    I had a very disappointing interaction with a Ferguson delivery driver in our neighborhood this morning. While unloading a delivery behind my garage, his truck blocked my ability to get out of my driveway. When I tried to explain that I couldn’t leave, the driver became extremely rude and confrontational. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he began yelling, flipping me off, and calling me names while I waited for him to move his truck. It was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional behavior, especially toward a resident who was simply trying to leave her home. Companies should expect their employees and drivers to treat people with basic respect.

    I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience at Ferguson. I walked in and was paired with Zoi. I gave her a LOT of parameters based on what I needed and I had never low expectations that it would be achieved (because I was asking for a LOT with a quick timeline and small budget). She sat down with me and we were able to find exactly what I needed - and it was delivered to my house in 2 days!!! Zoi was amazing and the biggest help. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done had Ferguson not pulled through the way they did. THANK YOU ZOI!!!

    Ordered a Subzero refrigerator, Wolf double oven, Cove dishwasher, Wolf 30 inch microwave, cooktop and exhaust fan hood. They delivered the refrigerator with dents in the exterior door and scratches inside. The microwave has a dent in the stainless steel exterior. Not a problem and thought it's likely an accident. They did replace the door with another door but that is dented as well. We have requested for over 2 months that they come back and replace the dented replacement door but they do not return calls. They are not responding to repair requests for the refrigerator scratches and dented microwave. Paid full price (~48K) for Subzero and Wolf appliances that look like they were thrown off their truck and they will not provide repair. Now I have the "opinion" and impression based on their attitude they had some old dented scratched up merchandise they wanted to stick somebody with at full price and I ended up with it. Obviously do not recommend Ferguson. There are other options for these appliances.

    I read all the negative reviews prior to coming in last week, but decided to give them a try anyway. Mistake on my part. They do in fact have a lovely showroom. I walked in and everyone was busy. Finally a lady at the desk said someone would be out to help me. A few minutes later a woman came out. Not friendly, very off putting vibe. I told her what type of fixture I was looking for, and showed her a couple in the store that were somewhat the look I wanted. She took down all my information on a clipboard and said she would be sending me an email with different options on it. She said she couldn’t help me as she had an appointment coming in. NEVER got at email, or phone call. NOTHING. Very sad. I’ll take my money somewhere else that wants business.

How long do I have to return an item?

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order.
