They also said the rates may increase periodically but it shouldn’t be too bad. Just got the notice that my rate is now increasing to $129 a month in November. What a scam.

He was super helpful and knowledgeable for all my questions and concerns. Justin was also very patient with me and was able to help me in every aspect as he was very informative, detailed and showed a caring and willingness aspect I brought all the info back to my family as were looking into getting a family member a storage unit.

But then my “ 4 month promo” rate expired and my rate almost doubled. Ok, I get it…but then I was told it will go up again at/in(?) 6months. Makes me frustrated and we will prob have to move to find a more reasonably priced long term storage solution.
