I told him it's a two story house, but we only rent out the downstairs and it's a separate entity, closed off like a duplex. The guy *corrected me* and said ma'am duplexes are usually side by side, we have to do the whole place. I reworded it to him to explain it's a single level area, he then told me to "just have my husband call him". Sexist, rude, and if his carpet cleaning is anything like his customer service I would NOT recommend. I won't even consider his special even though we're on a budget. P.S. he answers the phone by saying "we've never had any complaints from the BBB!"? Well that's nice. 👎
