All Pro promptly sent Nic Baker who diagnosed the problem and arranged for tech support. While at our house, Nic noticed our house was very cold because thermostat batteries needed to be replaced and nighttime temps were hitting single digits. While waiting for tech support, Nic bought & replaced batteries which restored heating and prevented a major unrelated problem. THANK YOU All Pro Security and NIC!!
