  Been a customer for several years, actually down sized and up sized depending on need. When Mr. Adam came on board, what a breath of fresh air, very curtious, friendly, kind, remarkable customer service. Appreciate all you do, you personally handled my accounts in VIP form and it has been truly a pleasure doing business with you!! He is the essence of the 3c's Cool, Calm and Collected. 5 Star rating!

  Great storage facility. Staff is friendly and location is very clean. I had my stuff in storage for over 4 years. I had no issues. My unit was the 10x15 on the third floor. When I got my stuff out after 4 years, no dust, no dirt, no water damage, no bugs! I was very satisfied! I made my final payment and my move out happen to be the day after my monthly payment so they refund me my last payment which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend!

  I needed to change my address and spoke with Ms Berniece. Ms Berniece was extremely helpful, while commenting that I was a long time customer and much to my surprise offered a discount. Even stating that when renewing the contract I may receive an additional discount for being a senior, wow every penny counts. May I say she made my day. Thank you Ms Berniece.

  Renting the space was such an easy process. The manager Bernice greeted me with a friendly smile on an early Saturday morning. She was so helpful. I’m so grateful!!
