  Absolutely AMAZING. Heather was prompt to return my messages, thorough when explaining the process, patient and educated me about bird habits. She was awesome and understanding. Gilberto was incredible. Assessed with a drone, which my kids loved. He talked me through everything he found, what he planned to do but also educated me on the ins and outs of all of it. I learned a lot! I loved it. He taught me what to look out for in future. You can feel and hear the passion and commitment he has in his work. When he told me my estimate, I was shocked. I thought it would have been a lot more. Great pricing. They are a great example of what it feels like to take care of the community, taking care of each other. Forever customer.

  They quoted me $1K to put bird spikes on my roof to deter pigeons. Insane! I went to Home Depot and purchased $10 concrete glue and two boxes of bird spikes for $30 each then climbed on my roof and installed it myself. No more birds or their droppings, and the best part is I saved $930 by not having them overcharge me to do it!

  So happy with the work done on my home. My partner and I grew tired of pigeons waking us up at 6 am, so I knew it was time. I searched humane removal…. And a week later, it’s quiet! Very satisfied with this company!

  From the beginning when i first started talking to Heather, the process has been seamless. From David and Esteban coming to give me an estimate, the removal of all the pigeons (twice a week for 30 days) and then the installation of the deterrents and spikes, the service has been great!! Heather has been available by phone and text whenever I had questions and I had plenty!! And David and Esteban have answered my questions that I had on site. It’s been nice going to my front door and not being attacked by pigeons!! My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!!!!
