    Called this location to cancel the assembly for the item we ordered due to transportation. They said yes we wont assemble. The day of pickup, not only they change to another store location to pick up (no communication or update in the email or text) they also assemble! We had to find another transportation. Just because the product was on sale they wont care about you as customer and just act like you beg for their product and service. They also didnt assemble right some parts are misaligned and some parts are missing. When i called customer service they sound like you are wasting their precious time and just outright say if u dont want just return back or call the manufacturer coz its not their job anymore. Never been this disrespected as customer before.

    I bought this machine on October 30, 2025, and today, November 8, I tried to return it. Lowest told me I had 48 hours to return it, so I took it home. I only had it for less than 10 days because the machine doesn't have water pressure. It cost $359, and oh well, I lost everything. Think before you buy machines here and read the return policy.

    10/24/25 6:20am Came here to grab some copper pipe and fittings. Needed pro press fittings and this isn't the place to get them. Not much selection but I got what I needed. Proceeded to "self pay". What got on my nerves is the goofy looking security guard with a thick mustache, glasses that looked like safety glasses and wearing a hat cuffed over his face like he was anti social standing there. Staring me down with his arms crossed like I was going to run out that door. I was the only one at the time so I know he was staring me down. So I looked at him and wanted to say, you wanna scan the items or do you want pay for me so it'll make you feel better or something? Look I get it but you don't have to hover on me like I'm going to do something stupid. I am a pro member here and at home depot. I mostly do home depot and spend most my money there over the years but I wanted to give lowes a chance for a change. But with people like their security guards acting like that, it pushes me to give all my support to Home depot. Do better, mr security gaurd and be at least a little more friendly to people who help support your paycheck.
