- CMc mDec 29, 20251.0This company is a rip off. Charged me $320 to open the lock in my house, $80 service charge, $50 emergency fee. This company has an address 1/4 mile from me. The person they sent works for another company. They jacked up the price because of this. They couldn't give me an upfront price because they said if the technician damaged anything they would have to compensate for that. That's a load of crap. My fault for using them anyway. I thought I was calling an independent company which normally charges $150.00 to $175.00 for such an easy job. I will never use this company again.
