  We have had the same unit in North Las Vegas for over 10 years and never had an issue. Friendly staff and decent hours, fair rates, all good. That being said it is North Las Vegas and the wind and the dust does make its way into anything , so cover them up.

  I have 2 units here, they are priced fairly I just wish it wasn't so hot inside the units, especially in the summer. The customer service is awesome.

  This place is genuinely Comfortable to keep your stuff safe and sound, I love Josie, her communication and understanding is amazing, she literally goes beyond and above to make a way to make sure you don’t lose out in the end. I been storing with them for over 2years now and anything that happens or change they sending a email asap. Josie is the best honestly. If I could give more stars I would.

  There was a little inconvenience due to not getting the correct gate code by a young girl in the office. Couldn't get into my storage Sat/Sun but I waited it out til Monday and Juanita credited me for an entire month and gave me free locks for the inconvenience. I'd make sure to only work with the manager directly.
