She took us to the unit we were interested in renting and assisted us with the lock. We were also interested in seeing space for our 5th wheel and took us to the area where they are parked. She recommended their other RV storage site. Shauna took the time to assist us with the digital codes to enter and leave the site. She was very kind and answered all our questions with a smile and was never in a rush and remained professional throughout our visit.
