  StorageOne on Flamingo and Hualapai is the only storage facility I will ever use again. Units are clean and the halls are bright. But nothing beats the great service from Sue Ellen and the staff. Friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure doing business there.

  Headed back to my old rental unit. I moved to this one cause it was closer, but its been a miserable experience. 1. Rent changes every month. After 3 months, my rent went up 50%. 2. You cant access the unit 24/7. If you access after 8pm they tell you to "call metro to get out". Really nice people. 3. Unit dimensions on the site are 1 foot shorter and 1 foot skinner than what they advertise. My 10 x 25 is actually 9 ft across and only 22ft as there is an HVAC duct in my unit that takes up the last few feet overhead. They wont update the website.
