Manny was helpful and patient and made the experience easy while we picked out a saw for a paver project we are working on! Ms. Cheren on the other hand, your behavior was embarrassing. The eye roll when my parents said they were in line to make a purchase and schedule delivery was obvious and unprofessional. If you’re going to work with customers, at least try to act like it.

Dishonest delivery promises – $2k later and no appliances.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Lowe’s. I purchased a washer and dryer set on March 22nd for $2,033.89. The primary reason I chose Lowe’s was because I was guaranteed delivery by March 31st. I specifically bypassed other retailers with longer lead times just to ensure I had working appliances in my home by today.
Today is the 31st, and I’ve just been informed the delivery is delayed until April 14th. This feels like a bait-and-switch. A 9-day promise has now turned into 23 days. Taking over $2,000 from a customer and then moving the goalposts by two weeks is unacceptable. Shop here with caution if you actually need your items on time.
UPDATE 3/31: I am adding a photo of the back of my receipt. After I paid over $2,000, the salesperson wrote "Tue 03/31 Delivery" as their official confirmation. Now they are claiming it won't arrive until April 14th. This wasn't a "misunderstanding"—it was a written promise made at the time of sale that they are now breaking.

This is why I never shop at this store. Went to pick up an order from the locker today which went great and the woman at the customer service was very helpful. Once it came to the self check out the old lady Alex was an absolute nightmare! Not only was she rude with all the customers but she blamed us for not checking that an item didn’t have a barcode as to why she couldn’t look it up in her system after we told her what it was. Unlike homedepot they have hand held phones to assist. After several minutes of her being rude my husband just left to get the item himself. Then once we got the item she was unable to help another customer and we had to use another cash register to check out. Then she had the audacity to tell my husband what was he doing scanning the barcode he took a picture of. She questioned each item we scanned and just made the transaction very uncomfortable. We won’t be going back but she still needs some training before she comes across someone who would not be as nice as we were.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
