I had the excellent experience very of going to Lowe’s today in Summerlin to get wood cut for a project. Every employee there is so helpful! I was directed to the lumber area & figured out what I needed. Leif very kindly cut my pieces & also walked me out to the car with the plywood. The store is clean, & they appear to have every home good required. It’s really a great place for FYI people especially if you need some advice.

Vic in paint is amazing and I give him 10 out of 10 for taking the time to help me with my paint chip which was very hard to match. He went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much. I highly recommend Lowe’s and especially Vic. Go see him. He will give you personal and wonderful service! Thank you Lowe’s for having such a knowledgeable and wonderful employee!

Store will not honor misleading tag.
I walked in looking for a patio set and found a great (although not unreasonable) deal. It was a 5-piece patio set for $459 (originally $529, save $70) per the tag. I tried to make the purchase but the assistant manager said the tag was incorrect and that the $459 only applied to the chairs and not the table.
I showed a picture of the tag that clearly shows the description for the 5-piece AND both SKU's at the bottom. However, he said he was unable to adjust the price.
Here's the thing. If it was showing $49 dollars for the set, then yea, that's a pretty unreasonable price and clearly a mistake. However, $459 for a patio set is not unreasonable. Combine this with two other pieces of information (both SKU's being listed on the deal and the description saying it's a 5-piece set) and it's hard to argue that it's an obvious mistake.

Terrible customer service and false advertising. Website has the promotion banner below for purchasing a water heater on a weekday before noon (exactly as I ordered, on a weekday before noon). After being put in touch with their third party installer and being told “No, there is a cost for install and haul away” then ordering the water heater on Lowes.com and finding out there is ALSO a $69 delivery fee I called the store to inquire. After being put on hold for 20 minutes and being told that they were having a manager come to the phone, somebody got on the phone and gave a long winded explanation that no, you only actually get a free consultation with their third party installer and possible “free delivery” through the third party only after having a consultation, not through Lowes.com. So I asked if I could at least get a discount on the delivery fee since the website has false advertising and I had been on hold for so long for no actual benefit and the employee said well no I can’t do any discounts because I’m not actually a manager. Pardon? I was told that I was on hold for a manager? Then employee said well you can hold again for the manager but it might be a while because we’re very busy today and there’s only one manager. At which point I gave up because clearly this store is not concerned with customer service. In the last 5 years we have purchased our refrigerator, washer, dryer, and now water heater from this specific Lowe’s but we will never again purchase a large appliance from this store or any Lowes for that matter and we will recommend any friends and family go elsewhere for large appliance purchases. The least you could have done is given a discount on the delivery charge and not just thrown me into a tedious holding pattern on the phone (and actually had the manager on the phone after my 20 minute hold when you said the manager was coming to the phone). You have lost a loyal customer. 1 star.
