  I have to echo the 5* sentiments about Jake. We had the same situation as another reviewer - our rear sliding door mechanism decided to stop working one random weekend. After driving to multiple places to try and find a replacement without any luck, we called Las Vegas Lock and Key. We described the situation and lock and sent pictures to Jake, who right away was able to tell us why we were having trouble finding the replacement. Within minutes he was able to find the make and model we needed and ordered the piece directly. He stayed in communication with us the entire time, keeping us updated on the delivery date. When the part came in, he met us at a convenient time and location for us. We installed the hardware ourselves, because it wasn’t too much of a hassle. But we can’t say enough about Jake, his professionalism, knowledge, and guidance through a stressful situation for us. Can’t recommend him enough!

  My Wireless garage door remote stopped working. I called Las Vegas Locksmith and Jack arrived in less than 30 minutes. I was in my house 10 minutes later. I had the same company (Jack again) rekey my locks when I bought my house. He is professional and reasonable. I will definitely use them anytime I have an issue.
