No service, no repairs, no lock replacement! If you pay cash for this it’s $140 and by credit card $165 plus the service fee, $194 total! For 10 seconds worth of work? Carlton who answered the phone, who is not helpful, says the service runs $19 to $200. Ours was $165 for nothing! Apparently the complaints manager is supposed to be calling me back but too late, I’m already writing the reviews and contacting the BBB. Oh, on the phone receipt the wrong service address was listed too. Horrible to have to be ripped off this way.
