  Si eres latino y no hablan inglés ten cuidado se aprovechan de eso para cobrarte meses de más cuando llamas para cancelar llamé para cancelar mi servicio y les dije q ya estaba limpio el storage q yo no estaba en la ciudad y ellos cobraron otro mes solo porque tenía el candado puesto porque según ellos no podían romperlo , cuando meses atrás tuvieron un problema de inundación y ellos mismos rompieron mi candado .

  I had an excellent experience working with the storage space manage Rene. From the moment I walked in, she professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand my needs and made sure I got the help i needed. The facility was clean, secure, and well-organized, which gave me complete peace of mind. What really stood out was her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility!

  Yeah I usually love this place clean and easy to get in and out very secure but for some reason the person working the phone RICKY has a horrible attitude named . Called me to update my payment info, no problem for some reason when I asked for a email or text to update it he tells me no . And when I asked why he tells me because I already had a courtesy call. Not sure why I received such a poor attitude but when I asked to speak to management magically neither are them in or available until Monday of 03/16/2026. until I speak with management about this poor treatment a -1 star is currently warranted for this establishment .

  The self-storage industry is, by its very nature, transactional and impersonal. You show up, sign a contract, get a lock, and rarely does anyone make you feel like more than another unit number. That's exactly what makes Rene such a remarkable find. Rene is currently the temporary manager at this location, and from the moment you walk through the door, it's clear she is no ordinary employee. She carries herself with the kind of pride and ownership you simply don't expect in this industry, or most industries, for that matter. She knows the product, knows the customers, and genuinely seems to love what she does. Watching her interact with people was an eye-opener. She is warm, attentive, and proactive in a way that feels less like a manager fulfilling her duties and more like an entrepreneur who built this place from the ground up and has a personal stake in every customer's experience. In a world where good customer service has become the exception rather than the rule, Rene stands out as truly exceptional. ExtraSpace Storage would be doing itself a disservice not to recognise this. She deserves to be made the permanent manager of this location, at the very least. Better yet, the company should consider making her a trainer and brand ambassador, because what she brings to every customer interaction is exactly the culture any organisation should want to replicate across all of its locations. Rene, if you happen to read this: you are brilliant at what you do, and it shows.
