When I recently needed to take a trailer worth of contents to Las Vegas I intended to use them there as well, but I was having difficulty finding a drive up unit in the size I needed. I called the customer service number and I should have written her name down so I could recognize her excellent customer service skills in this review. She found a unit for me within the 5 mile radius I provided, she set up my reservation and took my payment. Done and done! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Because I already had a lock, she explained that I could just take it to the office in Vegas for a refund. When we were done unloading, the storage manager was out checking the units so I never even needed to go to the office. He was super helpful and friendly and that goes a long way in my book! It was great to know that the standard of care that Extra Space Storage provides its customers is not limited to a single facility! I highly recommend them, wherever you are.
