- ELEthan LaurenceMar 16, 20265.0I love this storage facility. The location is extremely convenient right off the freeway, which makes it very easy to access whenever I need it. The facility itself is very nice and clean, which is a major plus. They also have flat carts available that make loading and unloading packages in and out of your storage unit very easy. The biggest reason I keep coming back is Denise. She is always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating with anything I need. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. I store packages here for work and this is the third storage facility I have used. This one is by far the best and will definitely be the last one I use. Highly recommend.

The tops are wide open my tv got water damaged when i called them about it they asked me when the last time i came to my unit because units had to be fixed but no reports on my side like why wouldnt you guys ask every renter to check . Also the gate to come in is always open . Only cameras in the weirdest spots not in the hallways . Even after getting a police report etc they still couldn’t give me any info bu they did “ see something “ rent here at your OWN RISK . Then they asked me to leave a review because they wanna win a prize so i told her my experiences she was like welp good or bad just leave one . They dont care about their renters and they rotate workers
